Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with four years related experience, or college degree with six months related experience.
• Fingerprinting clearance and cash-collection approval if applicable.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in two Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and develop solutions; work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient records systems.
• Within six months, complete supervisor proficiency checklist covering referrals, scheduling, CRM, MyChart, and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Represent the administrative team as the public face of the Practice.

• Maintain routine clerical operations and communications per UCSF standards.
