Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to schedule appointments, procedures, and other visits across hospital systems.
• Ability to receive and record patient information in documentation.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently performs all Associate Patient Service Specialist responsibilities.
• Schedules appointments and procedures through clinical communication and patient portal.
• Manages registration and patient work queues.
• Coordinates with patients and outside facilities to ensure pre‑appointment orders are received.
• Communicates with patients via the patient portal and routing logic.
