Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in New Jersey seeks a patient registration/scheduling specialist. You will greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and collect point-of-service copays while delivering excellent customer service to patients and families.

As a front-line contact, you will serve as a non-clinical navigator during discharge coordination, ensuring organized workflow and professional communication across teams.
