Job summary

Using Epic and on-site technology, you will handle scheduling, pre-certifications, referrals and co-pays with a focus on exceptional service, efficiency and teamwork in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility.
• Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, pre-certifications, and referrals preferred.
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests using AIDET and provides excellent service.
• Performs full patient registration and updates demographics and insurance.
• Verifies insurance and collects co-pays; supports billing processes.
• Schedules appointments across the healthcare continuum.
• Maintains patient records and ensures privacy and accuracy.
