Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year in a healthcare setting; physician office preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect payments; verify demographics.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with physicians.
• Maintain and update medical records in EMR and billing systems.
• Process deposits and reconcile daily transactions.
• Provide cross-site coverage across Patient Services stations as needed.
