• Maintain and update patient charts in the EMR; process forms, medical history, and records with HIPAA compliance.
• Collect and post patient payments; balance cash drawers and prepare daily reconciliation documents.
• Answer phones, route messages, and communicate urgent information to care teams; provide cross-site support as needed.
