Fenway Health is seeking a Front Desk/Patient Services position to provide excellent customer service, handle patient registration, scheduling, and cash handling. The role includes duties such as opening/closing the receptionist station, answering calls, and guiding patients to the correct waiting areas.

The incumbent will balance daily cash, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain patient confidentiality. Saturday coverage may be required, reporting to the Director of Patient Services.

Qualificações

• Experience with patient registration and scheduling
• Ability to handle payments and issue receipts
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor in a busy front desk environment

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients with a welcoming, professional manner
• Register new and existing patients accurately in the system
• Schedule appointments per provider availability and patient needs
• Collect co-pays and process payments; balance cash drawer
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy guidelines
• Open/close front desk and coordinate with Patient Services team
