AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Lead Patient Advocate Services to welcome patients and manage a positive front-office experience, guiding the PSA team with mentorship and training.

The Lead collaborates with the health care team to deliver patient-focused care, demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving, and helps achieve department goals while maintaining compassion and respect for patients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist; 2 years preferred.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a PSA or in an equivalent health care role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
