Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to warmly welcome patients and manage front office duties in Pico Rivera, CA. You will help create a positive patient experience while coordinating expectations with compassion and respect.

As a key member of the care team, you will support patient-focused services through excellent communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience required as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist- preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to all patients, creating a positive front office experience with compassion and respect.
• Assist in delivering patient-focused care as part of the health care team with strong communication and problem-solving.
