AltaMed is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to warmly welcome patients and assist with front office operations, creating a positive, efficient experience for every visitor. The role emphasizes compassionate service, clear communication, and teamwork.

You will collaborate with the care team to address patient needs, manage expectations, and maintain a respectful, patient-centered environment. A high school diploma is required with 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service/ front desk experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Valid BLS certification required or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all patients, creating a positive front office experience.
• Support care team with patient-focused communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain courteous, efficient front desk operations.
