AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Patient Advocate Services III to welcome patients and manage front office interactions with compassion and respect. The Lead will assist in delivering patient-focused care and mentor PSA staff to achieve department goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and leadership exposure. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese are strongly preferred, with AHA/Red Cross BLS certification highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service or front desk experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and attends to the needs of all patients, creating a positive front office experience.
• Assists in delivery of patient-focused care with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to the PSA team to help meet department goals.
