AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to warmly welcome patients and manage front office needs, ensuring a positive patient experience. You will support the care team with clear communication and a patient-centered approach in a diverse clinic setting.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service, with bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred. A valid BLS certification or higher is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher according to AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to the needs of all patients, creating a positive front office experience.
• Assist in delivering patient-focused care as part of the health care team through strong communication.
