Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service/front desk experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Valid BLS certification per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and attend to front office needs with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate compassion, respect, and effective communication with patients.
• Support the health care team by addressing patient questions and coordinating care.
• Help manage patient expectations to deliver a smooth front-office experience.
