Job summary

Care Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the direct point of contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts via phone, in person, or online. You will provide information, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints while processing orders accurately and efficiently.

The role involves verifying insurance, coordinating deliveries, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones with professional greeting and route calls appropriately.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the correct personnel.
• Process customer orders and verify eligibility and insurance information.
• Coordinate delivery/pickup times with patients and caregivers.
• Resolve complaints and document follow-up actions.
• Maintain patient files and ensure timely filing of paperwork.
