Care Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative who serves as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, referrers, and commercial accounts. You will handle inquiries, process orders, verify insurance, and resolve issues with courtesy and accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and office software skills, with attention to policy adherence and patient privacy. Non-exempt, full-time hours based in Indianapolis, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) etc.

Responsabilités

• Answer the telephone using the company’s professional greeting and take complete, accurate messages; transfer callers as needed.
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Input customer orders or changes into the computer system in a timely manner and process paperwork.
