Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the initial point of contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts. You will handle inquiries by phone, in person, or online, process orders, verify insurance, and ensure timely, accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities include managing deliveries, resolving complaints, maintaining patient files, and supporting a range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clerical or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, in person, or online and provide accurate information.
• Process orders and verify insurance where applicable.
• Assist with intake procedures and documentations for shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain patient files and ensure timely and accurate paperwork.
• Resolve complaints professionally and log follow-up actions.
