Job summary

Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary contact for patients, caregivers, and commercial accounts. The role involves answering inquiries, processing orders, verifying insurance, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on deliveries.

The CSR will work with the Branch Manager/CSR Director, interact with internal teams, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while abiding by company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Clerical or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient, caregiver, referral source, or commercial account inquiries via phone, in person, or online.
• Verify insurance, process orders, and communicate with customers regarding shipments and deliveries.
• Handle complaints professionally and document interactions for quality assurance.
