Job summary

Care Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and orders. You will answer inquiries, verify insurance, process orders, and coordinate with clinical staff and delivery teams.

The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency, and attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and timely shipments. Prior experience in a medical office or patient services is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Clerical or Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones using professional greeting and route calls.
• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Process customer orders and update computer records.
• Verify insurance and eligibility; handle third-party billing when appropriate.
• Assist with deliveries, shipping, and patient education on equipment use.
• Maintain patient files and ensure data accuracy.
