Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts. You will verify insurance, process orders, and coordinate deliveries with care, maintaining accurate records and responsive support.

As a frontline contact, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies while providing clear communication and professional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a clerical or customer service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is needed.
• Strong general office skills and communication abilities are essential.
• Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, in person, or online with orders and inquiries.
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate patient financial responsibilities.
• Input orders and prescriptions into the system and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate delivery/pickup times with patients or caregivers.
• Resolve complaints and maintain documentation; file deliveries and paperwork daily.
• Maintain patient files and ensure compliance with company policies.
