• Experience supporting front desk or reception duties.
• Organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience.
• Verify insurance options and educate patients at check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and outreach.
• Multitask across phone lines, greeting, scheduling, and staff support.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for seamless patient care.
