Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk operations and deliver a personalized patient experience during check-in and check-out. Training will be provided to learn about vision care products and services, with some weekend/evening shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, reception, or customer facing roles supporting administrative duties.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Friendly, patient-centric team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check-in/out experience.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options at check-in/out for appointments.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in coordination with Doctor availability.
• Multitask by managing phone lines, greeting patients and walk-ins, scheduling appointments, and supporting office staff.
• Cross-train to other office roles as needed (Eyewear Consultants/Optometric Technicians).
