Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk check in/out and deliver personalized patient experiences. No optical experience is required; training will be provided to learn about the industry and help patients see and live their best lives.

The role reports to the Office General Manager, with some weekend and evening shifts required. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork supports a best-in-class vision care experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role.
• Organized and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Friendly, patient-centric and team oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience with a timely, seamless flow.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options at check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach in coordination with Doctor availability.
• Manage phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments and support office staff.
• Cross-train to other office roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
