Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk operations during check-in/check-out, delivering personalized patient experiences. Training will be provided for those new to optical care, with some weekend and evening shifts required.

The role reports to the Office General Manager and involves collaborating with doctors and staff to ensure a smooth patient journey, while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Front desk, reception, or customer facing experience.
• Organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Flexible and able to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that is timely and seamless.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options during check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and outreach in partnership with doctor availability.
• Multitask by managing phone lines, greeting patients and walk-ins, scheduling appointments, and aiding staff as needed.
• Possibility to cross-train to other office support roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
