Qualifications

• Phone operator experience and ability to handle multiline calls.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person and by phone.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs, co-pays, and insurance verification.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals with therapy staff.
• Maintain therapist schedules and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Liaise between therapy staff, billing, and MD offices.
