Responsibilities

• Answer the phones appropriately.
• Greet patients as they come in the door.
• Schedule new and returning patients.
• Scan necessary documentation into patient's electronic account.
• Manage faxes
• Collect OTC payments in accordance with Patient Payment Guidelines.
• Contact referrals the same day as received and attempt to schedule appointment within 24 hours
• HIPAA
• Demonstrate good basic computer skills.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
