You will manage appointment calendars, maintain patient records in EMR/CRM systems, handle inquiries, and ensure the reception area is tidy. High school diploma and customer service experience preferred; bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more in healthcare preferred.
• Passionate about improving patient experiences.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Responsabilités
