Conviva Senior Primary Care seeks a Receptionist I to be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and visitors. You will manage calls, appointments, and scheduling while delivering a welcoming, professional experience and supporting daily clinic operations.

Reporting to the Center Administrator, the role emphasizes organization, multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and a strong focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in healthcare preferred, but strong customer service background considered.
• Passion for improving patient experiences and care.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Receive and route incoming and outgoing calls; accommodate visitors.
• Support clinic operations with administrative tasks.
• Manage provider schedules and coordinate appointments.
• Confirm patient visits and handle rescheduling/no-show follow-ups.
• Greet visitors, answer routine inquiries, and maintain visitor records.
• Support general office operations and meetings scheduling.
