Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more of experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but will consider other customer service backgrounds.
• Must be passionate about contributing to patient experiences and care.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience documenting customer issues by phone, email, and chat.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

• Greet Patients: Welcome patients and visitors, in person and over the phone.
• Schedule Appointments: Manage appointment calendars and coordinate with medical staff.
• Patient Records: Maintain patient records in EMR/CRM systems.
