Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families; provide prompt and caring responses.
• Perform visit preparation, co-pay collection, patient tracking and related duties.
• Schedule patient visits or diagnostic tests using hospital procedures.
• Manage third-party payors and collect co-pays.
• Assist with front desk duties: faxing, filing, mailings, answering calls.
• Maintain front desk inventory and communicate needs to staff.
• Support department operations and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
