Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families to establish a positive rapport.
• Perform front-desk duties: visit preparation, co-pay collection, patient tracking.
• Schedule patient visits or diagnostic testing.
• Manage third-party payers and collect co-pays.
• Handle routine clerical tasks: faxing, copying, filing, mailings, calls.
• Maintain front desk inventory and equipment.
• Support smooth office operations by prioritizing tasks.
• Ensure the department and waiting area are clean and welcoming.
• Participate in clerical cross-coverage.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.
