Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and respond promptly and compassionately.
• Perform visit preparation, co-pay collection and patient tracking.
• Schedule patient visits and diagnostic testing per hospital procedures.
• Manage third-party payors and collection of co-pays.
• Handle routine clerical tasks and office duties (fax, copy, filing, calls).
