Qualifications

• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with excellent customer service.
• Coordinate and triage clinical calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to appropriate teams.
• Meet or exceed departmental productivity benchmarks while understanding billing and services.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records to keep charts up to date.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
