Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or call center.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at time of service and navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage registration and appointment scheduling with high service levels.
• Accurately triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Support patients in completing forms and paperwork for accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area for a positive first impression.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to preserve service excellence.
• Meet departmental productivity while understanding billing processes and offered services.
• Enter referral information and maintain up-to-date patient records.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality; perform other duties as needed.
