Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience in call centers, healthcare, or retail preferred.
• Proficiency in collecting patient payments at time of service.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, register, and schedule appointments with excellent service.
• Coordinate and triage clinical calls to appropriate departments promptly.
• Assist patients with forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area for a positive first impression.
• Escalate patient concerns to the appropriate team to maintain satisfaction.
• Meet productivity targets while understanding billing and services offered.
• Enter referrals, manage records, and keep charts up-to-date.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality; perform other duties as needed.
