Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical office front desk support to Surgical practice.
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, answer telephones, schedule patient appointments and testing, ensure necessary referrals are in place, verify and update patient demographics into electronic health record.
• Escort patient to exam room for provider during clinic, schedule appointments, testing and surgery, and prepare end of day cash/copay reports.
• Submit billing to our billing vendor with appropriate supporting documentation and respond to billing requests.
