Responsibilities

• Perform check in/registration, scheduling, demographic verification and data entry.
• Collect co-payments and manage payments per policy.
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments to fit patient and provider needs.
• Assist with referrals and ensure smooth patient flow within the practice.
