Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in medical front desk or related area.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Evening and weekend shifts available.
• Experience in community-based healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Greet patients and assist with registration.
• Verify insurance and pre-authorization when needed.
• Record enrollment data and demographics in EiCare.
• Answer phone inquiries and direct to appropriate staff.
• Collect co-pays and process sliding fee information.
