Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to deliver personalized front desk experiences during check-in/out. You’ll verify insurance, educate patients on options, confirm appointments, and manage multiple phone lines in a fast-paced setting.

No optical experience is required—training is provided. You’ll join a collaborative team, support office staff, and help ensure a highest quality patient experience across visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Ability to verify insurance and educate patients on options at check-in/out.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience.
• Become a subject matter expert in insurance plans for patient education.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments, and assist staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
