Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to deliver personalized front desk experiences during check-in/out. You will learn about insurance options and coordinate with doctors to ensure timely appointment management.

As a frontline team member, you will handle calls, greet patients, verify coverage, schedule appointments, and support office staff while adapting to weekend/evening shifts. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role
• Organized with ability to multitask under pressure
• Flexible and collaborative team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that is timely and seamless
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check in/out
• Assist in appointment confirmations and outreach in coordination with doctor availability
• Multitask by handling multiple phone lines, greeting walk-ins, scheduling appointments
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience
