Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival; register and schedule appointments with high service standards.
• Coordinate and triage clinical calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork; guide them to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area to create a positive first impression.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate teams to maintain service quality.
• Support billing processes and manage referral information; ensure patient charts are up-to-date and accessible.
• Enter referrals and manage patient records; ensure proper documentation across systems.
• Demonstrate reliability with attendance and punctuality to support patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enhance operations.
