Qualifications

• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service and thorough understand of Insurance Verfiication
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and scheduling with excellent service.
• Triage and route clinical calls.
• Assist with forms and paperwork.
• Maintain clean lobby and environment.
