Qualifications

• Experience delivering professional customer service in healthcare or office settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Familiarity with patient registration, scheduling, and records handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and check in/out in the system.
• Communicate wait times and appointment reminders; reschedule as needed.
• Obtain authorizations, if required, and process patient paperwork.
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times.
