Qualifications

• Customer service and patient interaction experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information (HIPAA/PHI) with discretion.
• Experience with front desk or administrative roles in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Schedule and register patients; manage multi-line phone system.
• Obtain authorizations and process patient services.
• Check in/out in patient management system and complete paperwork.
• Explain forms to patients and ensure proper completion.
• Maintain inventory and distribute paperwork to outside parties.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.
