Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our front desk team.

You will greet patients, manage registrations, schedules, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. In this role you’ll handle multi-line phone systems, appointment reminders, and ensure accurate paperwork, contributing to a welcoming and efficient patient experience at our Charlotte center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in patient-facing roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and communicate wait times.
• Check in patients and obtain necessary paperwork; ensure proper completion.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient registrations.
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls.
• Maintain patient records and distribute records.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
• Assist in referrals processing and training participation.
• Support daily administrative functions and center operations.
