Qualifications

• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and provide prompt, caring responses.
• Perform front-desk duties such as visit prep, co-pay collection and patient tracking.
• Schedule patient visits and diagnostic testing within hospital procedures.
• Manage third-party payors and collect co-pays.
• Handle general clerical tasks like faxing, filing and answering calls.
• Maintain front desk inventory and communicate needs to staff.
• Support smooth office operations by setting priorities based on workload.
• Ensure the waiting area and work area remain clean and organized.
• Provide cross-coverage for clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and safeguard patient information.
