Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and families with prompt, caring responses.
• Perform visit preparation, co-pay collection, patient tracking and related duties.
• Schedule patient visits or tests following hospital procedures.
• Manage third-party payors and co-pay collection.
• Handle routine clerical tasks (faxing, copying, filing, mailings, messages).
• Maintain front desk inventory and communicate needs to staff.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional appearance of the department.
• Provide cross-coverage support as needed.
