AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to welcome and assist patients, creating a positive front office experience while managing expectations with compassion and respect. You will work as part of the health care team to deliver patient-focused care, using strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1–2 years of related experience, and strong bilingual abilities (English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher required per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to all patients; create a positive front office experience while managing expectations with compassion and respect.
