The role supports patient-focused care as part of the healthcare team through strong communication and problem-solving skills. Strong preference for bilingual abilities (English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese) and a high school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

• Functions as a member of the health care team by assisting in the delivery of patient-focused care with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
