AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Patient Services Advocate II in Huntington Beach, CA. The role focuses on delivering a positive front office experience by welcoming patients, addressing needs, and coordinating with the care team to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service experience, a High School diploma, and bilingual abilities in English plus Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist all patients to create a positive front office experience.
• Manage patient expectations with compassion and respect as part of the care team.
• Assist in delivery of patient-focused care through excellent communication and problem solving.
