AltaMed Health Service Corp. is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to welcome patients and manage front-office needs with compassion and efficiency. You will contribute to a positive patient experience and collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-focused service.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service; bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese is strongly preferred, with a valid BLS certification to support safety and care delivery.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association/American Red Cross guidelines).

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk with a positive, respectful approach.
• Coordinate patient flow and manage expectations to ensure a smooth front-office experience.
• Demonstrate clear communication and problem-solving to support the health care team.
